Mokokchung, 6 August (MTNews): The 2nd Mokokchung Town Inter Ward Volleyball Tournament will begin from 9 August at Multipurpose Sports Complex, Mokokchung organized by the Kumlong Sporting Association under the aegis of Mokokchung District Volleyball Association.
Temjenmenba, MLA and Advisor for Transport and Technical Education, Nagaland will be the guest of honor at the opening program on 9 August scheduled for 11:00 AM. The tournament will culminate on 11 August.
At least 9 wards of Mokokchung town will be participating in the tournament. The teams are divided into two groups. In Pool A, the teams are Sungkomen Ward, Mongsenbai Ward, Alempang Ward, Lijabalijen Ward, and Artang Ward. The teams in Pool B are Majakong Ward, Penli Ward, Yimyu Ward and Kumlong Ward.
