The ninth day of Toyota Hornbill Music Festival 2024 at Kisama on December 9 as part of 25th Hornbill Festival 2024 featured Gini (Meta), Sejal (Meta), Kivito, Avora Records, The Gluttones and Mother Jane. Meanwhile, the iconic reggae band Big Mountain, known for their global hit “Baby, I Love Your Way,” is set to take the stage at the grand finale on December 10.
Known for showcasing a diverse lineup of international and homegrown talent, this year’s edition promises to be its most spectacular yet, with Big Mountain as the centrepiece of the festivities.
Big Mountain, hailing from San Diego, California, has enthralled audiences worldwide with their fusion of reggae, pop, and rock.
Their soulful melodies, socially conscious lyrics, and electrifying performances have made them a beloved name in global music.
The band’s performance at the Hornbill Music Festival is expected to be a mesmerizing blend of their classic hits and fresh tunes, offering fans an unforgettable experience.
In addition to Big Mountain, the festival will feature an eclectic mix of artists spanning various genres, highlighting the diversity and talent that the Hornbill Music Festival has become synonymous with.
Other artists for the final show will include; Alobo Naga, Tetseo Sisters, Big Mountain, DJ Olly Esse and Nagaland Folkloric Group. The concert will start from 5: 00 PM onwards at Main Arena, Naga Heritage Village, Kisama.
