Changtongya, 7 June (MTNews): Changtongya witnessed the successful implementation of the ‘Janbhagidari/People’s Participation for Better Outcome’ program at Bridges Academy Changtongya on 7 June 2023. The event was graced by the presence of C Wangan, SDO (C) Changtongya, as the Special Guest.
Wangan appealed to the people for active involvement in the plantation drive. He emphasized the importance of collective efforts to tackle global warming and its detrimental effects on the environment.
Additionally, the Headmaster of Bridges Academy shared awareness about the G20 initiative with the attendees.
To engage the students and promote creativity, a drawing competition was organized as part of the program. The theme for the competition was “One Earth, One Family, One Future.” The program was chaired by Imonungla Longkhumer.
