With a growing customer base in Mokokchung through its online platform, Toudi is now bringing its services closer to the community to make shopping more convenient and accessible under its “Toudi on Wheels” program.
Founded in 2020 by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Atoulie and Zedino, Toudi was born out of a shared vision shortly after their marriage in 2019. Coming from business families, the couple wanted to build something of their own – a venture rooted not only in entrepreneurship but in equal growth.
The name “Toudi,” which means “reigning equally,” reflects that philosophy. For the founders, success is not just about business expansion but about growing together with their team.
“As long as we see the potential, we will push people to be there,” Zedino shared in a conversation with MT. She attributes much of her entrepreneurial mindset to her parents, who are also business owners of Seyie Gas Agency.
Beyond retail, Toudi invests in people. The company provides skill training to graduates who may lack practical or communication skills, helping them build confidence and professional capability from the ground up. The founders also support employees personally – assisting with a child’s education and sponsoring skill-based classes for staff members.

Having previously visited Phek district and made a stop in Wokha on February 27, the team is optimistic about its Mokokchung engagement.
“We are expecting the maximum response from Mokokchung,” Zedino said.
The company has recently expanded into Toudi Engineering and is preparing to venture into roofing sheets, further strengthening its vision of becoming a comprehensive home solutions provider.
