Seen here is a makeshift market shed on the way to Longjang Village, Mokokchung. Villagers keep their produce for sale here and the rates of each item is displayed. A cash box is also placed along with the items. There are no shopkeepers. Visitors or travelers take what they want and deposit the money in the cash box. This works on the principle of trust.
