A three-day meeting to enhance the implementation of the Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) for beneficiaries seeking treatment in Delhi NCR was held from September 11 to 13, 2024, at Nagaland House, New Delhi.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders, including Resident Commissioner of Nagaland House, New Delhi, Wennyei Konyak NCS; Joint Director and State Nodal Officer for Health & Family Welfare, Dr. Hentok Phom; Deputy Director and Senior Public Relations Officer from the Information & Public Relations department, Kuolie Mere; and representatives from Paramount Health Services and Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., Future Generali Insurance Company, and the 19 empanelled hospitals in the Delhi NCR region.

The discussions focused on addressing technical challenges encountered by beneficiaries and hospitals while availing CMHIS benefits. The insurance teams from Paramount Health Services and Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., and Future Generali Insurance Company, under the leadership of Dr. Hentok Phom, conducted visits to various hospitals. These visits aimed to identify and bridge gaps affecting both patients and hospitals.
