Model Christian College observed its 16th Parting Social under the theme ‘Mar Sin Leat’ on 11th May, 2022, at the College Auditorium.
The formal session started with an invocation by the Vice Principal, Dr. Nungshikokla Jamir, followed by songs and speeches from the Principal, graduating batch, and juniors. The Principal, Dr. Luke Rymbai, in his speech encouraged the graduating students to be responsible. He stated, “Responsibility involves the ability to make decisions that serve our interests and that of others.”
During the occasion, the Best Student of the Batch Award was given to Moangtula Jamir of BA 6th semester, from the Department of Political Science. Three students were also awarded with certificates for 100% attendance.
The Managing Director of the College, S.P Francis, blessed the graduating students with a special prayer. This was followed by an informal session and lunch.
