Mokokchung police have identified the individual involved in the hit-and-run incident that took place near the Indian Oil intersection in Yimyu Ward around 9 PM on Sunday, February 9.
However, following discussions between the parties involved, the FIR was withdrawn, and the case will now be settled between the concerned families, a source said.
Authorities have not disclosed further details regarding the settlement, but sources indicate that the matter will be handled privately.
