Nagaland MP Supongmeren Jamir extended his greetings on the occasion of Nagaland Statehood Day and Christmas, encouraging unity and progress.
On Statehood Day, he said, “On this special occasion of Nagaland Statehood day, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all my fellow citizens of Nagaland. Let us acknowledge and honor the untold sacrifices of our pioneering leaders. The journey forward has been fuelled with Vision, Courage, and Dedication. We owe our forefathers the nurturing fruits of today and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.”
He urged citizens to reaffirm their commitment to the state’s growth, guided by values of honesty and integrity.
In his Christmas message, Supongmeren wished the people of Nagaland, stating, “Christmas is a time when hearts are filled with gratitude and homes with laughter, as we reflect on the message of peace, love, and goodwill that unites us as a community. Let this Christmas carry a deeper purpose, looking beyond the glittering lights and thoughtful gifts.”
He concluded with a call for renewed hope as the New Year approaches, emphasizing the importance of serving one another and the state.
