NBSE examinations commences; 1057 sit for HSSLC, 1577 for HSLC in Mokokchung

The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) Examination for Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) commenced on 9 March while the same for High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) will commence on 10 March with 16084 and 24361 students appearing the HSSLC and HSLC Examinations throughout the state respectively.

In Mokokchung district, a total of 1057 students are appearing for the HSSLC Examination of which 494 are boys and 563 girls. Among the 1057 students appearing for HSSLC Examination, 866 students are in the Arts stream, 137 in the Science stream, and 54 in the Commerce stream.

 

There are a total of 4 examination centres for HSSLC in Mokokchung, namely Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School (MOK-A) , Town Higher Secondary School (MOK-B), Queen Mary Higher Secondary School (MOK-C) and Government Higher Secondary School Tuli (TULI-A).

 

For HSLC, a total of 1577 students from Mokokchung district which includes 761 boys and 816 girls will be appearing the examination slated to begin March 10 who will be appearing the exam in 7 examination centres.

Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School (MOK-1) , Queen Mary Higher Secondary School (MOK-2), Government High School Dilong (MOK-3), Town Higher Secondary School (MOK-4), Government Higher Secondary School Mangkolemba (MAN-Centre), Government Higher Secondary School Tuli (TULI-Centre) and RC Chiten Jamir Memorial Government High School Changtongya (CHA-Centre) are the HSLC examination centres in Mokokchung.
