The rank and file of NDPP Pughoboto Region accompanied party leader Y Vikheho Swu, who was the Guest Speaker on day 1 of the 46th Sumi Aphuyemi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu (SAKK) General Conference at Puneboqa Village.
Vikheho Swu encouraged the students to change their mindset from “a welfare state to a developing state” in line with the government’s vision of moving ‘Towards a State of Excellence’.
