Kohima, 10 April (MTNews): Capital College of Higher Education, Kohima commenced its 13th Annual Sports Meet at State Indoor Stadium, PR Hill, Kohima, with Kethose Chuzho, Secretary of Central Youth, NDPP, gracing the event as the Chief Guest.

In his speech, Chuzho stressed the importance of sports in a student’s life. According to him, sports not only benefit physical and mental health but also help in developing social skills, communication skills, and personality.
Taking the example of Ciekrovolu Swuro, the second Naga Olympian, who is now a police officer, and other successful sports persons from the state, he told the students that one can earn a living through sports even in the state.
