The Naga People’s Front (NPF) has expressed sadness at the demise of I Kilang Jamir, the senior most Vice President of the NPF Mokokchung Division, from Ungma village, who passed away in the morning of April 10.
Apong Pongener, NPF President stated in a condolence message that Kilang Jamir was a committed and longstanding member of the NPF.
“A staunch regionalist, he remained steadfast in his belief in the party’s principles and ideals throughout his life. His immense contribution to the growth and consolidation of the NPF in Mokokchung Division will always be cherished and remembered with great admiration and respect,” the NPF president said.
On behalf of the party and in his personal capacity, Pongener extended deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that the Almighty grants them strength and comfort during this time of profound grief.
