An online registration portal of births and deaths for Mokokchung district was launched by the Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS, at the District Economics & Statistics Office (DESO) premises on Tuesday. Aotemsu, Deputy Director, DESO Mokokchung stated that Mokokchung is the sixth district in the state to launch the portal. The DESO also informed that people can register online within 21 days for both births and deaths and avail the certificates free of charge. The portal can be accessed through the website crsorgi.gov.in
