My dear fellow citizens and educators,
Warm greetings. I stand in full solidarity with the ANATG-2015 Batch, whose continued neglect by the Government reflects a disturbing lack of care, respect, and dignity towards teachers who have faithfully served the education system with dedication and sacrifice. This prolonged inaction is not merely an administrative delay—it is an injustice that strikes at the very heart of fairness and accountability.
The Government had officially assured that the matter would be resolved by December 2023. Yet, even after two years have passed, there has been no concrete action, no resolution, and no accountability. Such delay represents more than broken promises—it represents the erosion of trust between the Government and the very individuals entrusted with shaping the future of our society. Teachers, who dedicate their lives to nurturing the next generation, deserve certainty, respect, and justice—not silence and neglect.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Nagaland, who personally holds the portfolio of Education , Finance and Personal & Administrative Reforms Department carries a direct responsibility to ensure that justice is not denied through delay. Leadership is not defined by authority alone, but by the courage to uphold commitments and protect the dignity of those who serve the public with integrity. The continued failure to resolve this matter raises serious concerns about the priority given to educators and the value placed on their service.
This is no longer just the struggle of the ANATG-2015 Batch. It is a matter of justice, dignity, and moral responsibility. When teachers are neglected, the entire foundation of society is weakened. We therefore call upon the Government to act without further delay, to honor its assurances, and to restore the faith and dignity of the teaching community.
Justice delayed is justice denied. The ANATG-2015 Batch deserves resolution, fairness, and respect.
