Straightway Higher Secondary School, Mokokchung, commenced its Annual Sports Week 2025 today at the 12 Assam Rifles Ground. Vice Principal Tianaro chaired the program, while Principal Sentiyangla delivered the welcome address. The school chaplain, Rongsen, led the invocation, and Class 10 students Kahoi & Friends captivated the audience with a special song.
The opening sports event was graced by the Adjutant of the 12 Assam Rifles as the Chief Guest. In his address, he encouraged students to take sportsmanship seriously, stating that it instils responsibility and provides a sense of achievement.
The sports event will conclude on 29th March.
