Tune Up Channel has confirmed with MTNews that they are working on a new single and a potential new Music Video.
Tune Up Channel is a band based in Mokochung, Nagaland, consisting of four band members: Sunep A. Jamir on vocals, Temjen Lemtur on guitar, Meren Longchar on bass and Ayu Mongro on Keyboards.
The band is popular for their different styles of music and identifies their genre as pop-funk rock and synthwave. Starting out their journey in 2015, the band has achieved much recognition and awards, some of which are:
Nagaland Best Band at Hornbill International Rock Contest, 2015.
Winner of Nagaland Youth Fest Clash of Bands, Nagaland, 2016.
Winner of Best Original Songs at NSACS ‘Life Now’ Beat 7.
Headlining band at the 8th North East Annual Day, 2018.
The band has released seven singles so far and is working on their eighth now. The band’s work can be seen featured in music websites such as indihutlive.com, reverbnation.com and their official YouTube channel.
