Mokokchung, November 27 (MTNews): The 3rd and the final session of the Leadership training for the Tea Tribes Youth was held at Youth Oasis Center, Iralibil, Dimapur from November 25 to 27, 2022. The program was jointly organized by NEALEAST (Northeast Alliance for Leadership Education & Social Transformation) and AVBM (Assam Valley Baptist Mission).
Youth leaders representing 54 churches of the Assam Valley Baptist Mission participated in the training under the theme Youth Leaders for Holistic Transformation. The three modules that were presented during the training included Youth Discipleship, Service and Mission, and Effective Leadership Practice.
The resource persons were Imli P Lemtur, Jorhat; Er. Temsuwathi, Mariani; Rev Dr Rabi Pame, Dimapur; and Rev Dr Takatemjen, Mokokchung. In the valedictory service completion certificates were awarded to all the participants of the training.
