The 11th edition of the Imsutemjen Memorial Table Tennis Tournament organized by the Longterok Senden Ungma concluded today with R. Nungshilepden Jamir Chairman, Ungma Village Council, as the special guest for the closing ceremony at Amphitheatre, Ungma village, Mokokchung.

R. Nungshilepden Jamir in his speech congratulated the Longterok Senden for organizing the tournament and said that the tournament being held successfully for the eleventh year is proof of how the club is growing and making its mark by nurturing talents for representing in the various competitions.
He encouraged the young players, saying that if they play the game in the most literal sense, they will reach the top. He also encouraged the losers not to lose heart but to continue in the same sportsmanlike manner.
Talitoshi Jamir, Assistant General Secretary, Sports Society Soyim, during a brief exhortation said that the SSS is ever ready to work together in unity with the club. He went on to highlight the differences between an individual game and a group game and encouraged the players to keep focus towards their discipline and reach greater heights.
Earlier, N. Akok Longkumer, Organizing committee, pronounced the vote of thanks.
