The 16th Annual Pastors’ Conference 2025 of the Association of the Gorkha Baptist Churches Nagaland (AGBCN) was successfully conducted from October 24 to 26 at Changtongya Town. The three-day event was graciously hosted and fully sponsored by the Nepali Baptist Church, Changtongya Town.

Held under the theme “Global Vision for the Gospel,” the conference brought together pastors, church leaders, and delegates representing Gorkha Baptist Churches from across Nagaland. As a key spiritual milestone in the AGBCN calendar, the event served to promote unity, pastoral renewal, and mutual encouragement among the participating congregations.

The conference main speakers are: Rev. Dr. K Santabir Rai (Executive Secy. AGBCN); Rev. Temshi, Pastor (Changtongya Town Baptist Arogo); Rev. I. Lipok, Pastor (NCRC CTIN Town Centre ) and Mr. Joshua Gurung , Pastor (NBC Sechu Zubza).

The comprehensive program featured worship sessions, Bible studies, workshops, and open discussions centered on enhancing church leadership and community outreach. Additionally, the conference included cultural performances, hymnal presentations, and fellowship activities designed to foster deeper bonds of faith and friendship among the clergy.

Following the main sessions, a special Games and Sports meet was organized to promote physical well-being, camaraderie, and friendly competition among pastors and delegates. The event featured a range of team and individual games aimed at strengthening fellowship through joyful participation.

The AGBCN leadership — Chairman Ps. Philip Rai, Vice-Chairman Ps. Kiran Mohotoe, Secretary Ps. Andrias Pradhan, and Treasurer Ps. Andrew Shimray — extended their sincere appreciation to the Nepali Baptist Church, Changtongya Town, for their generoussponsorship, hospitality, and dedication in making the conference a success.
