The 2nd NAP Bn. Alichen Family Welfare organized a one-day multi-skill and self-sustenance workshop on 27/09/2024 at the unit Darbar Hall for unit personnel, especially for the wives of the jawans. The workshop began with a short formal program where the highlights of the event were briefed by an executive member of the Family Welfare Committee.
A total of seven counters were set up where hands-on practical training was provided to the participants in various skills, including tailoring and cutting, hair and skin care, baking, manure making, floriculture, culinary arts, and bamboo handicrafts. The unit school students also participated and gained insightful knowledge in various aspects of skills, particularly in handicrafts.
