Sovima, 4 June (MTNews): The second edition of Women’s Champions Trophy will be played from 5-10 June, the Nagaland Cricket Association has announced.
Altogether 6 teams will be competing in this major tournament, namely Saramati Warriors, Tiyi Strikers, Japfü Dazzlers, Terogvu Titans, Pauna Queens, and Puliebadze Slingers.
The NCA has invited cricket fans and sports lovers to come witness the “new era of Nagaland Women in Cricket.”
Nagaland Cricket Stadium and Sovima Cricket Ground will be the two venues to host the Women’s Champions Trophy matches.
The final match will be played on 10 June in a day and night match format at the Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Sovima.
