Indiscriminate dumping of garbage and solid waste on the roadside bin located near Town Hall, Mokokchung, reflects the character of the people and efficiency of the Municipal Council. This image was captured on March 7, 2022 at around 4:00 PM. A passer-by said that she had been seeing the garbage since the last 4 days. Most of the roadside garbage dumps in Mokokchung town have been removed by the authorities but this one remains, perhaps as a sore reminder that cleanliness is not really next to godliness.
