Mokokchung, May 10: 3 minutes into the game, Sungitlong of Lijaba Lijen found the first goal of the game only to be nullified by a quick equalizer from Amongchuba in the 18th minute for Artang.
A game that began with a 4-4-2 formation for Lijaba Lijen and a 4-2-4 for Artang found a constant battle in the midfield but it was LIjaba Lijen that emerged victorious with a 2-1 score line.
The game ended its first half in a draw. However, in the 37th minute, Takosunep Longkumer scored the last and winning goal to take Lijaba Lijen to the semis.
Mongsenbai Marches to semi- final after an intense penalty shootout against Tongdentsüyong

The last quarter final match was played between Mongsenbai and Tongdentsüyong with Ashish of Mongsenbai opening the score just 3 minutes into the game.
After continuous efforts, Tongdentsüyong finally found an equalizer from the boots of Opanglemzung in the 52nd minute that took the game to the penalty shootout.
Tongdentsüyong showcased one of the poorest penalty kicks with Opanglemzung coming out as the only goal-scorer even in the penalty shootout.
Meanwhile, Mongsenbai’s Menjor was the only one who failed to find the back of the net. The scores from Shibonglepba, Yangersosang and Limasunep helped the team book their semifinal berth against Lijaba Lijen.
