This exceptional performance, comprising 18 Gold, 8 Silver, and 13 Bronze medals, propelled Nagaland to the top position in the medal standings.
Following closely behind, Manipur claimed a total of 34 medals, with 12 Gold, 9 Silver, and 13 Bronze medals, while Assam demonstrated their prowess with 35 medals in total, including 11 Gold, 16 Silver, and 8 Bronze medals.
