Mokokchung, December13 (MTNews): The Evergreen Club, Ungma village Mokokchung is all set to organize the 46th edition of the EGC Open Volleyball Tournament from 15 – 17 of December at Soyim Aonglenden, Ungma, Mokokchung.
Er. Zalie Neikha, Advisor, Youth Resources & Sports, Govt. of Nagaland will grace the inaugural program as the guest of honour. The championship title carries a cash prize of INR 60,000 with trophy and certificates and INR 30,000 with certificates for the runner-up while the semi-finalists will receive INR 10000 each.
The tournament will also have three individual prizes: Best Spiker, Best Setter and Player of the Tournament. All individual winners will receive INR 5000 each. 13 teams from all over the state will be participating at the upcoming tournament.
