The Five Tribes Committee on the Review of Reservation Policy has scheduled a joint consultative meeting involving the apex bodies of five tribes—Angami Public Organisation, Ao Senden, Lotha Hoho, Rengma Hoho, and Sumi Hoho—along with their youth and student bodies.
The meeting is set to take place on Friday, 13 September 2024, at 11 AM at the Hotel Saramati Conference Hall in Dimapur. The committee has requested the presence of the president and a representative from each of the involved organizations.
The meeting is aimed at discussing key issues related to the reservation policy, with the participation of the leadership from the five tribes and their respective youth and student organizations.
The notice, issued by the Committee’s Convenor Er. Tesinlo Semy and Member Secretary GK Zhimomi, emphasized the importance of attendance.
Representatives from the following organizations have been formally invited: Angami Public Organisation, Ao Senden, Lotha Hoho, Rengma Hoho, Sumi Hoho, Angami Youth Organisation, Lotha Youth Hoho, Rengma Selo Zi, Sumi Youth Organisation, Angami Students’ Union, Ao Students’ Conference, Lotha Students’ Union, Rengma Students’ Union and All Sumi Students’ Union.
