Meluri, 11 January (MTNews): The 59th general conference of the Pochury Students’ Union was held at Meluri Village Council Hall on 10 January 2024 with the theme “Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Future, Embracing the Future” hosted by Müluori Küchienyiri Kügharü (MKK).
Advisor, New & Renewal Energy and NSDMA, Government of Nagaland, Z Nyusietho Nyuthe, graced the conference as the inaugural guest. In his inaugural speech, Nyuthe said that in order to become a successful person in life, one should be sincere, confident and must know how to utilize time. He also stressed that God helps those who help themselves, adding that one cannot be success in life without giving an effort. He assured that he will sponsor ten students for special coaching classes aspiring for competitive exams.
Earlier, President NSF Medovi Rhi delivered greetings to the Pochury Students’ Union. The program was enthralled with a beautiful song sung by SEND Choir. The program was chaired by Miss Elizabeth Pojar, Women Co-ordinator of Pochury Students’ Union.
