The 5th edition of the Inter-Departmental Football Tournament 2025 under Changtongya Sub-Division kicked off on 5th February 2025 at Changtongya Local Ground. The tournament is organized by the Sub-Divisional Departmental Coordination Forum (SDDCF), Changtongya, under the chairmanship of SDO (C) Changtongya, C. Wangan, in Mokokchung district.
The event was graced by Major Kapil Pal, DELTA COB Commander, 12th AR, as the special guest at the inaugural program.
In his welcome address, C. Wangan stated that the main objective of the tournament is to foster understanding, cooperation, and coordination among all government departments under Changtongya Sub-Division.
A total of 24 government departments from Changtongya Sub-Division are participating in the tournament.
