Dimapur, September 15 (MTNews): A team from the first Community Radio Station in Dimapur, 90.8 Hills FM led by its Managing Director, Ms.ImaliHessomade a promotional visit to Livingstone Foundation International on 13th September 2022. The other members of the team included the Programme Manager, Mr.KethoSakhrie and RJ YogenChettri among others. Ms. Imali happens to be an alumna of LFI and it is the first time that the team had done a promotional visit to any educational institution after their formal launch on 8th September 2022 at Hotel Sente, Dimapur.
Earlier, the visitors were felicitated by the Chairman of LFI, Dr. Andrew AhotoSema and the Director, Mrs.AniYepthomi. In his welcome address, Dr. Andrew Ahoto expressed immense happiness at the launch of an FM channel with a difference and hoped that it will bring about definitive transformation in the society through their community approach. He also highlighted in brief about the numerous skill sets of the students and how they can use their listening skills to their advantage and encouraged them to be a part of the 90.8 Hills FM initiatives.
