Mokokchung, November 8 (MTNews): The Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) has condoled the passing away of Obendangba Longkumer, President, 26-Aonglenden ACCC, Mokokchung.
NPCC president K Therie said in a condolence message that Late Obendangba Longkumer was an unwavering pillar of the Congress party through the most difficult of times. “He was a leader who led his people with a clear and strong vision. His sincerity in implementing and furthering the programs and policies of the Congress party and his loyal sacrifices in upholding the principles and ideologies of the party will be long remembered and cherished,” Therie said.
Therie also said that the Congress party has lost a role model and a pillar of strength in his passing away and that the rank and file of NPCC joins in conveying heartfelt condolences. “It is our prayer that the Almighty God comforts the bereaved family through this painful time. May his soul rest in eternal peace, Therie added.
