Kohima, 15 July (MTNews): The Alumni Association of St Joseph College (Autonomous) Jakhama (SJC(A)) and Pioneer Institute have joined hands through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote educational opportunities and support students in need. The MoU signing ceremony took place on 14 July at St Joseph College (Autonomous), Jakhama.

Under this agreement, both institutions have committed to providing financial assistance in the form of 100% scholarships for a Computer Certificate Course. These scholarships will be awarded annually to one deserving student from each department of St Joseph College, based on their financial need and meritorious condition.
Additionally, the MOU stipulates that students from St Joseph College (Autonomous) Jakhama will be eligible for a 33% discount on other courses offered by Pioneer Institute, further enhancing the accessibility of quality education for the students.
The MoU was exchanged between Mr Peter Vizo, President of the Alumni Association of St Joseph College (Autonomous) Jakhama, and Kiviboto Sheqi, Managing Director of Pioneer Institute, Kohima. The signing ceremony was also attended by Fr Dr Keduolhou Angami, Principal of St Joseph College (Autonomous) Jakhama.
