Mokokchung, 23 July (MTNews): In light of the recent events in Manipur that have led to casualties, property destruction, and the displacement of numerous individuals, the Central Nagaland Students’ Association (CNSA) has voiced deep concern.
While empathizing with the displaced people, the association has highlighted the influx of displaced people seeking refuge in Nagaland and has drawn attention to reports of attempts to change their addresses in Aadhar cards, specifically in Medzhiphema under Chumukedima district.
This attempt to change addresses “will have serious ramifications in the future if not addressed timely,” CNSA stated in a press statement.
The CNSA acknowledged the government’s swift response to the situation and requested the administration “to strictly oversee and enforce it.”
Expressing solidarity with the people of Manipur, the CNSA called for peace and harmony during this grave crisis.
