In an effort to garner support for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Mizoram, Nagaland’s Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton, conducted a campaign in Siaha. He was joined by Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament from Nagaland, S Phangnon Konyak, to promote the BJP candidate, K Hrahmo. It may be recalled that Y Patton serves as the Election Co-Incharge for the upcoming assembly elections in Mizoram.
Comparing the BJP to other political parties, Patton tweeted that the BJP has consistently delivered on its promises. He stated that “a vote for the BJP is a vote for a brighter future”. The party urged the people to support K Hrahmo and the BJP, underlining that together, they could build a more robust Mizoram and a stronger India.
“Remember, no BJP means no development!” Patton tweeted.

In the last 9 years, the government at the Centre has worked tirelessly to bring development across the country. Mizoram, too, has benefited greatly from the good governance under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji”.
Meanwhile, MP Phangnon Konyak took to X to state that the people now understand the need of “Politics For Development” and added that under PM Modi development of Northeast is happening at a very fast pace.
