The Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers’ Hill Kohima (CBCMHK) successfully organized “Glory Unveiled,” a worship concert on Oct. 19 (Saturday), held at the Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima.
Around 14 songs were presented by the choir, consisting of 80 members and nine musicians, at the concert.

Senior Pastor of CBCMHK, Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao, in a brief sharing, highlighted the meaning of worship. He explained that worship in such a manner is to proclaim one’s faith and to offer thanksgiving to Almighty God.

The pastor urged everyone to be genuine worshipers of God in order to bring transformation in one’s life and society.

“Glory Unveiled” dives deep into the significance of Christ’s sacrifice, symbolized by the tearing of the veil in the temple. This powerful imagery represents the breaking down of barriers between humanity and the divine, granting humans direct access to the glory of God.
