Population Research Centres (PRCs), Guwahati, undertook a field visit to monitor the NHM programs and activities in the health facilities being implemented in Mokokchung district by MoHFW on the 27th and 28th of February 2025.
PRC representatives Karuna Gogoi and Kunal Das from Guwahati University visited Dr Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital Mokokchung, Changtongya CHC, Tuli CHC, Mongsenyimti PHC, Sabangya PHC, Ungma PHC, UPHC Yimyu, Khensa HWSC, Changtongya HWSC, Yaongyimsen HWSC, and Yisemyong HWSC.
During their visit, the monitoring team interacted with the Medical Officers, Health Workers, and ASHAs on the ongoing activities. They also scrutinized record-keeping on management, ANC, immunization, and the upkeep of various patient records.
