A felicitation ceremony was held on Thursday 17th of July 2025 at Aongza Ki at 12:00 pm to honor and celebrate the achievements of the 13 top- ranking students and the successful graduating students in the recent BA Undergraduate Examination 2025 (CBCS) conducted by Nagaland University. The event was organised by IQAC and sponsored by Mokokchung Town Baptist Church.
Dr. Imtiwati Jamir, Principal of JMC, delivered a commendatory message appreciating the academic excellence of the students and the supportive efforts of the faculties. His message emphasized the importance of perseverance and the role of education in shaping a better future with words of gratitude and encouragement.
A congratulatory speech was given by a representative from the Deacon Board of MTBA expressing heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the church and community, highlighting a vision the church has. The event included a heartfelt speech on behalf of the toppers by Vandana Rai, Top 1 rank from the Department of Political science. A formal felicitation of the toppers was conducted by Akumyala, Vice Principal of JMC with cash award and certificate.JMC Alumni Association also felicitated the Three (3) Top 1 rank holders with cash award for their outstanding academic performance.
The program concluded with God’s word and prayer delivered by Rev. Ponen Longchar, Senior Pastor of Mokokchung Town Baptist church.
