The Department of School Education has announced that applications for the Pre-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students of Nagaland for the academic session 2025–26 (Classes IX and X) will be accepted through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) at https://scholarships.gov.in.
According to the department, the tentative timeline for submission and verification is as follows:
· Application opening and closing: September 25 – October 25, 2025
· Completion of verification by institutes: October 31, 2025
· Correction of applications by students and institutes: November 5, 2025
· Completion of verification by L2officers (DNOs): November 30, 2025
The department advised both students and institutions to adhere to the given timelines to ensure smooth processing of scholarship applications.
