The Nagaland Judo Association (NJA) will participate in the Northeast Japan Caravan 2025–2026, scheduled to be held on March 7 and 8, 2026, at the State Academy Hall in Kohima. The association will present a judo demonstration as part of the programme.

The NJA will be represented by a contingent of 14 judokas, comprising eight men and six women, from its headquarters in Mokokchung. The team will be accompanied by Rongsentoshi Jamir, Vice President; Somnath Chakraborty, General Secretary; Alemyanger Jamir, Member; Tsaliese Rongsen, Member; and Suradip Basak, Technical Instructor, to oversee and support the participants.

The association said its participation aims to promote the sport of judo and provide students with exposure and an opportunity to showcase their skills before the public.
