The new church building of Chakhesang Christian Revival Church (CRC) Billy Graham, DBS Road, Kohima, was dedicated on Sunday during a solemn service at the church premises.
The monolith stone was unveiled by Rev. Senuto Ringa, Executive Secretary of NCRCCC, while the dedicatory service was conducted by Rev. Dr. Vevozo Khamo. A choral presentation was offered by the congregation.
Delivering the sermon, Rev. Zaseyi Veswuh, President of NCRCCC Chakhesang, emphasised faith in God, citing Psalms 118:8-9. He said that while infrastructure is important, the lives of believers marked by love, humility and faith reflect God’s glory. He encouraged members to make the church a place of prayer and spiritual growth.
Kropayi Dawhuo shared that the church began in 2014 and was declared a full-fledged congregation in 2022.
The programme included addresses, scripture readings and choral presentations, with Church Advisor Kuhusayi Nyekha leading the service.
