The 1985–1988 batch of South India Biblical Seminary (SIBS), Bangarapet, held a four-day Alumni Meet in Kohima from August 16 to 19, hosted by Koinonia Baptist Church.
The gathering was held under the theme, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not His benefits,” from Psalm 103:2.
Alumni members from across India, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal, came together for the reunion. The gathering focused on prayer for the nation and the world, with participants describing the fellowship as a time of unity and spiritual renewal.
The programme featured a message by Rev. Dr. Zotuo Kiewhuo, founder and senior pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church and principal of Kohima Bible College. The meet also included testimonies and personal sharing sessions by the alumni present.
The four-day gathering provided an opportunity for former students to reconnect in faith and fellowship while reflecting on their shared experiences at SIBS.
