Mokokchung, July 13 (MTNews): A consultation workshop on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) under NITI Aayog for SMOs, MOs, Ayush MOs, CHOs, ANMs, DPMU and BPMU Staff was held at the Conference Hall, Office of the CMO, Mokokchung. The workshop was held batch wise from 12th- 13th July 2022.

Dr. R. Chubala Aier CMO Mokokchung, while delivering welcome address, urged the Health Workers to deliver quality performance in all the programmes and encouraged them to actively participate in the workshop and share challenges, suggestions and problems. She also thanked the UNICEF team led by Dr. Longri Kichu, RMNCHA Consultant for initiating the workshop and also sought continuous support.
The trainees were trained on overview of Key Performance Indicators and District Health Action Plan, improving KPIs under Antenatal Care (ANC) and Institutional Deliveries/SBA deliveries, Full Immunization Coverage and S4I App, HBNC, screening of children under RBSK, TB index, the first 1000 days and MCP Card, significance of Evidence for Social Behavioral Change Programme, Revitalizing VHSNDs, Quality ANC and Identification/Tracking of High Risk Performance.
The resource persons were Dr. Longri Kichu, RMNCHA Consultant UNICEF, Dr. Pangjung Pongen, SBC Consultant UNICEF, Awele Thurr, PHI Consultant UNICEF, Dr. Supongmeren, Sr. Specialist OBG-IMDH, RBSK Team, DTO and DPO(UIP&RCH).
The training was followed by group discussion, group work and role play from different Health Units.
