The ABAM Church and Mission Ministry successfully organized a three-day Mission Conference from September 24 to 26 under the theme “Let’s Move” (John 9:4). The conference emphasized that mission is the heart of the church, and being alive and active is what the church has to offer. ABAM highlighted that it is the will of the Father and the command of Christ to be missional, and local churches have actively fulfilled this calling over the years.

The conference featured several prominent speakers. Rev. Temsü Jamir, Executive Secretary of ABAM, spoke on “Calling.” Rt. Rev. Dr. Paul Swarup, Bishop of Delhi (CNI), addressed the topic “Be Ready,” and Rev. Yapang Mollier, Secretary of the Church and Mission Ministry of ABAM, spoke on “Let’s Move.”

A workshop was also conducted covering four topics. C. Bendangmeren Jamir, Mission Director of Churchuyimlang Baptist Church, spoke on “Becoming a Missional Church.” Rev. Onenlemla, Missionary IM, discussed “Member Care,” Dr. Moanükshi, Director of South East Asia East West Ministries International, presented on “Networking,” and Lipokwati, Missionary, addressed “Sustainable Mission.”
