Impur, 6 Jul (MTNews): The Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM), the apex body of all the Ao Baptist Churches, has announced that it will be organizing a ‘Candle Light Vigil: Prayer for Peace in Manipur’. The event is scheduled to take place on 9 July at Imlong Place, Mokokchung Town from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The vigil aims to express solidarity with the neighboring state of Manipur which has been facing unprecedented tragedies. This information was shared by Rev Dr Mar Pongener, the Executive Secretary of ABAM.
ABAM has extended invitations to all the Churches in the Mokokchung Town area as well as all apex bodies and interested individuals to actively participate in the prayer program.
