The new album is in their signature Naga Howeymusic genre, which is a fusion of Naga folk tunes with various forms of modern rhythms and has seven tracks with six Naga folk fusion songs and one with Indian beats.

Chathe Breeze is a reggae song that describes the soothing effect the river breeze brings during the hot summer months in and around Dimapur.

Asen Lima (Our Land) is in the Ao-Naga language and highlights the danger of Nagas becoming a minority in their own land.

Rajdhani Express is a song dedicated to the Rajdhani Express, one of the premium services operated by Indian Railways, which regularly gets higher priority on the railway network.

Drizzle is a soothing bamhum instrumental piece.

Spell Peace – With the world scenario abuzz with threats of a third world war, the band thought it apt to appeal for world peace and order through this song.

She’s A Thief is a song from their Howey musical play “Putu and His Tiger Spirit,” which the Abiogenesis theatre group performed in Gubbi, Karnataka, in 2018.

Merangti in the Ao-Naga language means ‘Try’, and is an instrumental piece.

The seven tracks are a mixture of both vocals and instrumentals, with the indigenous Naga wind bamboo musical instrument called Bamhum as the leading instrument. This gives a raw exotic tone blended with Naga chants, cries, and occasional choruses.

Tikzik, the bamboo percussion instrument with multiple sounds, is also played in most of the tracks. The incorporation of Bamhum and Tikzik into their music brought about a huge change to how Abiogenesis sounds today, making them unique and different from other bands.

Since Abiogenesis doesn’t play commercial or pop (popular) music but aims to promote indigenous Naga music, the band appeals to the people to come forward and support them by streaming or buying their album or select songs on any of the platforms.
