Mokokchung, February 3 (MTNews): The Ao Kaketshir Mungdang (AKM) has called for clean elections in the upcoming general elections and exuded hope that the democratic norm of ‘one person, one vote’ would be upheld across Nagaland.
AKM in a statement on Friday said that the Clean Election Campaign is being moved across Nagaland but regretted that some people are acting in contravention to the movement.
AKM also called upon all the citizens, particularly the students, to diligently exercise their universal adult franchise and to elect honest leaders.
