The Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) has appealed to the public to help ensure a peaceful environment for students as final examinations have begun in schools and colleges across Nagaland.

In a public notification, AKM informed that examinations are currently underway and stressed the need for cooperation from all sections of society. The organization requested citizens to avoid creating loud noises at night, particularly through the use of sound systems, stating that such disturbances negatively impact students preparing for their exams.

“We earnestly request everyone to refrain from creating loud noises at night, particularly through the use of sound systems, as such disturbances greatly affect students preparing for their exams,” AKM urged.

The student body called on the public to act responsibly and help maintain an atmosphere that supports concentration and academic focus. “As responsible citizens, let us collectively create a peaceful and conducive environment that enables our students to concentrate on their studies during this crucial period,” it added.

AKM also appealed to the Power Department to ensure uninterrupted power supply throughout the examination period. In addition, it requested all Ward Chairmen to take initiatives within their jurisdictions to maintain quiet surroundings during night hours.

The organization conveyed its best wishes to all students appearing for the ongoing examinations and encouraged them to work hard. “We encourage everyone to study with dedication, stay focused, and give their best effort,” AKM stated.
