As part of its ‘Survival Mokokchung’ campaign, the Ao Kaketshir Mungdang (AKM) is carrying out a ‘census of non-locals in Mokokchung town to check illegal immigrants’. Seen in the picture is a scene at the AKM office during the census exercise on Tuesday, 18 April. The census exercise began on 17 April and will go on till 21 April. As such, the AKM has informed all non-locals to register themselves at the AKM office during 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the mentioned dates. Further, for new registrations, it was informed that the non-locals should be accompanied by their local guarantors and produce necessary documents.
