The Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) has informed all non-locals residing under Tuli Sub-Division of Mokokchung district to register for the ‘AKM Census Card.’ AKM announced that the first phase of registration will take place from March 25 to March 26, 2025, at Tuli and Tzudikong. The venues are the Forest & Raw Material Contractors Association Hall, Tuli, and Menji Ki, Tzudikong Salang, respectively, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Failing to register within the specified date and time will result in consequences, AKM cautioned.
The AKM also appealed to all Ward Chairmen and Village Councils to ensure that all non-locals within their respective jurisdictions are registered.
“The infiltration of illegal immigrants is a threat to the indigenous inhabitants and has to be fought with joined hands. We expect continued cooperation from the administration and support from all the citizens,” AKM stated.
