Wokha, September 30 (MTNews): Advisor, Horticulture and Border Affairs, Mhathung Yanthan on Friday, the 30th September inaugurated Pangti village community hall.

 

 

Speaking at the inauguration, Yanthan wished prosperity to the village through the dedication of the new building and urged upon the village council to give due importance in education and healthcare.

 

He told the gathering to make use of the building for the positive and prosperity of the Pangti village community for the building now belongs to the people.

 

Though the village councils and the community had forwarded an application seeking assistance for renovating and repairing the old community building, he said that, after a physical inspection it was found that the building was too old for repairing, and thus, he instead proposed a new building and got it completed in only six months. He lauded the people involved in the construction and the completion of the building.

 

Yanthan while acknowledging the rich natural resources of the area and Pangti Village which is globally known as the ‘Amur Falcon Capital of the World’ encouraged them to tap the available natural resources.
